1、 Basic information
Shenzhen Dongfang Liangcai Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Dongfang Liangcai”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lingyi Itech (Guangdong) Company(002600) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), and Shanghai Jiafeng Investment Management Co., Ltd., Xinyu Chaoxi Puxin Investment Center (limited partnership), Zhou Jian Zhang Tian and others signed the partnership agreement of Jiaxing Chaoying equity investment partnership (limited partnership) and jointly invested in Jiaxing Chaoying equity investment partnership (limited partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “Jiaxing Chaoying”). According to the agreement signed by all parties, the total subscribed capital contribution of each partner of Jiaxing Chaoying is RMB 56.01 million, of which Dongfang Liangcai, as a limited partner, subscribed capital contribution of RMB 15 million, accounting for 26.7809%.
Dongfang Liangcai signed the partnership agreement of Jiaxing Chaoshi equity investment partnership (limited partnership) with Shanghai Jiafeng Investment Management Co., Ltd., Xinyu Chaoxi Puxin Investment Center (limited partnership) and Huizhou Guangdong Lyric Robot Automation Co.Ltd(688499) Investment Co., Ltd. and jointly invested in Jiaxing Chaoshi equity investment partnership (limited partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “Jiaxing Chaoshi”). According to the agreement signed by all parties, the total subscribed capital contribution of each partner of Jiaxing Chaoshi is RMB 145.01 million, of which Dongfang Liangcai, as a limited partner, contributes RMB 40 million, accounting for 27.5843%.
