1、 Basic information of this lawsuit and information disclosure in the early stage
In December 2020, Zhao Cen filed a lawsuit against the company based on the dispute over the confirmation of the effectiveness of the company’s resolution. For details, see the announcement on litigation matters (Announcement No.: 2020-086) disclosed by the company on December 25, 2020.
On December 21, 2021, the company received the civil judgment (2020) Yue 0304 min Chu No. 60424 served by Futian District People’s Court of Shenzhen. The judgment is as follows:
(I) reject all claims of the plaintiff Zhao Cen;
(II) the case acceptance fee of 100 yuan (paid in advance by the plaintiff) shall be borne by the plaintiff;
(III) if you are not satisfied with this judgment, you may submit a petition of appeal to this court within 15 days from the date of service of the judgment, submit copies according to the number of the other parties, appeal to the intermediate people’s Court of Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, and pay the acceptance fee of the appeal case in advance within 7 days from the next day after receiving the notice of advance payment of the appeal fee. If it fails to pay in advance within the time limit, it shall be treated as automatic withdrawal of appeal.

The company recently received the petition of appeal from Zhao Cen, who appealed to Shenzhen intermediate people’s court against the ruling result of the civil judgment of Futian District People’s Court of Shenzhen. The details are as follows:

(II) appellee (defendant of first instance): Guosheng Financial Holding Inc(002670)
(III) appeal request:
1. Revoke (2020) Yue 0304 min Chu No. 60424 civil judgment, and change the judgment to support the appellant’s claim.
2. The litigation costs of this case shall be borne by the appellee.
