(hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2021 on November 10, 2021, deliberated and adopted the proposal on by election of independent directors of the Fifth Board of directors, and elected Mr. Zhang Yantong and Mr. Xiang Xujia as independent directors of the Fifth Board of directors of the company, The term of office starts from the date of the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2021 to the expiration of the term of office of the Fifth Board of directors.
