Announcement on the company’s recognition as a high-tech enterprise

Recently, Guangdong New Grand Long Packing Co.Ltd(002836) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) learned from the announcement on the filing of the second batch of high-tech enterprises recognized in Guangdong Province in 2021 issued by the National Leading Group Office for the recognition and management of high-tech enterprises that the company was recognized as a high-tech enterprise with certificate No. gr202144006238 and certificate issuing date: December 20, 2021. This high-tech enterprise recognition is a re recognition after the expiration of the original high-tech enterprise certificate.
According to relevant national regulations, the company can enjoy the national preferential tax policy on high-tech enterprises for three consecutive years (i.e. 2021-2023) after passing the recognition of high-tech enterprises, that is, the enterprise income tax shall be paid at the tax rate of 15%.
The company has made tax declaration and prepayment according to the enterprise income tax rate of 15% in 2021. The re identification of high-tech enterprises will not have a significant impact on the company’s performance in 2021.
