Asia Pacific Property Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Asia Pacific Property Insurance“) is a financial subsidiary controlled by Oceanwide Holdings Co.Ltd(000046) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), and the company holds 71% equity of Asia Pacific Property Insurance through its holding subsidiaries Wuhan Central Business District Co., Ltd. and China Minsheng Trust Co., Ltd.
Due to the need of engaging in interbank lending business, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the measures for the administration of interbank lending (Order No. 3 of the people’s Bank of China [2007]), the detailed rules for the operation of the national interbank lending market (zhjf [2016] No. 347) and the measures for the administration of information disclosure and use of China foreign exchange trading center and national interbank lending center, Asia Pacific Property Insurance disclosed its 2021 balance sheet (Unaudited) and 2021 profit statement (Unaudited) on China currency.com (see Annex for details).
In 2021, Asia Pacific Property Insurance realized an operating revenue of 6071880114.72 yuan and a net profit of -495972471.79 yuan. The above financial data have not been audited.
