1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
China Railway Group Limited(601390) (hereinafter referred to as “the company” or “the company”) the notice, proposal and other written materials of the tenth meeting of the Fifth Board of supervisors (the second extraordinary meeting in 2022 (the second general meeting in 2022)] were sent to all supervisors on January 12, 2022, and the meeting was held by means of communication voting on January 17, 2022. There are 5 supervisors who should vote at this meeting and 5 supervisors who actually vote. The meeting shall be held in accordance with relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, normative documents and the articles of association.
2、 Deliberation at the meeting of the board of supervisors
After effective voting, the meeting deliberated and adopted the proposal on granting restricted shares to the incentive objects of the company’s restricted stock incentive plan in 2021 for the first time.
