Eaglerise Electric & Electronic (China) Co.Ltd(002922) (hereinafter referred to as “the company” or ” Eaglerise Electric & Electronic (China) Co.Ltd(002922) “) was informed according to the announcement on filing the first batch of high-tech enterprises identified in Guangdong Province in 2021 issued by the office of the national leading group for the identification and management of high-tech enterprises on January 17, 2022, Foshan Eaglerise Electric & Electronic (China) Co.Ltd(002922) Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ” Eaglerise Electric & Electronic (China) Co.Ltd(002922) Electronics”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise. The certificate number is gr202144000900 and the issuing date is December 20, 2021. This high-tech enterprise recognition is a re recognition after the expiration of the original high-tech enterprise certificate.
According to the enterprise income tax law of the people’s Republic of China and other relevant provisions, Eaglerise Electric & Electronic (China) Co.Ltd(002922) Electronics will enjoy a preferential enterprise income tax rate of 15% for three consecutive years (i.e. from 2021 to 2023) after passing the recognition of high-tech enterprises. Eaglerise Electric & Electronic (China) Co.Ltd(002922) in 2021, the enterprise income tax has been withdrawn at the tax rate of 15%. The recognition of high-tech enterprises will not affect the company’s operating performance in 2021.
