Announcement on the resolutions of the 16th meeting of the third board of supervisors

1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
The 16th meeting of the third board of supervisors (hereinafter referred to as “the meeting”) of China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Limited(688009) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) was held in the company’s conference room on January 17, 2022. The notice of the meeting and relevant materials were sent to all supervisors of the company by mail on January 13, 2022. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Kong Ning, chairman of the board of supervisors. The meeting should be attended by 3 people and actually 3 people. The meeting was convened and held in accordance with the company law of the people’s Republic of China and other laws, regulations, rules, normative documents and the relevant provisions of the China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Limited(688009) articles of association.
2、 Deliberation at the meeting of the board of supervisors
After careful deliberation by the supervisors attending the meeting, it was unanimously adopted by open ballot:
Proposal on nominating candidates for shareholder representative supervisors of the Fourth Board of supervisors of the company.
It is proposed to nominate Mr. Kong Ning and Ms. Li Tienan as shareholder representative supervisors of the Fourth Board of supervisors of the company. Relevant resumes are attached. The term of office of the above-mentioned supervisor candidates is three years after they are elected as supervisors by the general meeting of shareholders of the company. The third board of supervisors of the company will continue to perform its duties until the company completes the election of the Fourth Board of supervisors.
Voting result: 3 votes in favor; 0 votes against; There were no abstentions.
