1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
Guangdong Mingzhu Group Co.Ltd(600382) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the first extraordinary meeting of the tenth board of supervisors in 2022 was held on January 17, 2022 in conference room 2, sixth floor of the company. The meeting shall be presided over by Mr. Zhou Xiaohua, the supervisor. It complies with the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association, and the meeting is legal and valid.
Previously, all supervisors attended the first extraordinary meeting of the 10th board of directors in 2022 as nonvoting delegates, and believed that the resolutions and decision-making procedures made by the board of directors were in line with the relevant provisions of laws and regulations.
