Avic Xi’An Aircraft Industry Group Company Ltd(000768) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) convened the 12th meeting of the 8th board of directors on March 26, 2021, deliberated and adopted the proposal on the renewal of accounting firm, and appointed Dahua accounting firm (special general partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “Dahua accounting firm”) as the audit institution of the company’s financial statements and internal control in 2021, The above proposal has been deliberated and approved by the company’s 2020 annual general meeting of shareholders. 1、 Change of signature accountant
On January 14, 2022, the company received the letter on changing Avic Xi’An Aircraft Industry Group Company Ltd(000768) signing certified public accountants from Dahua certified public accountants. Dahua certified public accountants, as the audit institution of the company’s financial statements and internal control in 2021, originally appointed Li Xiaona and Xu Xiaozhe as signing certified public accountants to provide audit services for the company. Due to the work adjustment of the original signing certified public accountant Li Xiaona, Dahua certified public accountants now appoints Zhang Ling to replace Li Xiaona as the signing certified public accountant for the company’s 2021 financial statements and internal control audit to continue to complete relevant work. After the change, the signature Certified Public Accountants of the company’s 2021 financial statements and internal control are Zhang Ling and Xu Xiaozhe.
2、 Signature accountant information of this change
Zhang Ling became a Chinese certified public accountant in November 2005. She has been engaged in the audit of listed companies since February 2008. She joined Dahua certified public accountants in August 2021 and signed 3 audit reports of Listed Companies in recent three years.
Zhang Ling does not violate the independence requirements of the code of professional ethics for Chinese certified public accountants. Zhang Ling had one warning letter in 2019, but it did not affect the undertaking of securities and futures business. In addition to the above circumstances, Zhang Ling has not been subject to criminal punishment, administrative punishment and self-discipline punishment for her practice in the past three years.
During this change, relevant work arrangements will be handed over in an orderly manner, and the changes will not have an impact on the company’s 2021 financial statements and internal control audit.
