Announcement on the resignation of the chairman of the board of supervisors

The board of supervisors of Lb Group Co.Ltd(002601) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received the written resignation report submitted by Mr. Feng Jun, chairman of the board of supervisors of the company, on January 14, 2022. Mr. Feng Jun applied for resignation as supervisor and chairman of the board of supervisors for personal reasons. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Feng Jun holds 1448200 shares of the company. After his resignation takes effect, Mr. Feng Jun will not hold any position in the company and its subsidiaries. Mr. Feng Jun’s resignation will make the number of members of the company’s board of supervisors lower than the quorum. According to the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, his resignation application will take effect only after the company’s general meeting elects new supervisors. Before the resignation application takes effect, Mr. Feng Jun will continue to perform his duties in accordance with relevant laws, administrative regulations and the articles of association. The company will complete the election of new supervisors as soon as possible in accordance with relevant regulations.
