1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
Dalian My Gym Education Technology Co.Ltd(002621) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the notice of the 28th meeting of the Fifth Board of supervisors was sent by e-mail on January 11, 2022, and the meeting was held at 11:00 a.m. on January 17, 2022 by on-site combined with communication voting. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Wen Shuai, chairman of the board of supervisors. Three supervisors should attend the meeting and three actually attended the meeting. The meeting was held in accordance with the company law of the people’s Republic of China and other laws and regulations and the Dalian My Gym Education Technology Co.Ltd(002621) articles of association.
2、 Deliberation at the meeting of the board of supervisors
The following proposals were considered and adopted by voting at the meeting:
