1、 Basic information of litigation progress:
On December 2, 2021, the company published the announcement on litigation (Announcement No.: 2021-168) in the designated information disclosure media China Securities Journal and cninfo.com, It disclosed that Chuzhou Great Wall International Animation Tourism Creative Park Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Chuzhou Creative Park”), a wholly-owned subsidiary, participated in the contract dispute litigation between Zhejiang Qingfeng original culture Co., Ltd. and Chuzhou Municipal People’s government as a third party. Cause of action contract dispute
