Shandong Oriental Ocean Sci-Tech Co.Ltd(002086) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) issued the suggestive announcement on the signing of voting power entrustment and changes in shareholders’ equity by controlling shareholders and persons acting in concert (Announcement No.: 2022-012) on January 15, 2022. Due to the negligence of staff, there are some errors in the announcement. The relevant contents disclosed in the above announcement are corrected as follows:
Before correction:
Dongfang Ocean Group, Mr. Che Shi, the actual controller of the company, and Mr. Zhu Chunsheng, the person acting in concert of Dongfang Ocean Group, signed the power of attorney for voting rights with Beijing shuaizhifu Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Beijing shuaizhifu”) on January 14, 2021.
After correction:
Dongfang Ocean Group, Mr. Che Shi, the actual controller of the company, and Mr. Zhu Chunsheng, the person acting in concert of Dongfang Ocean Group, signed the voting power of attorney with Beijing shuaizhifu Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Beijing shuaizhifu”) on January 14, 2022.
In addition to the above corrections, other contents of the suggestive announcement on voting power entrustment and changes in shareholders’ equity signed by the controlling shareholders and their persons acting in concert remain unchanged. The company will further strengthen the preparation and review of information disclosure and improve the quality of information disclosure.
