Announcement on the election of employee representative supervisors of the Fifth Board of supervisors

Ji Yao Holding Group Co.Ltd(300108) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the term of office of the Fourth Board of supervisors expires. In order to ensure the normal operation of the board of supervisors, the company held an employee representative meeting at 10 a.m. on May 23, 2022. A total of 30 employee representatives attended the meeting. After full discussion and research, the employee representatives attending the meeting elected Ms. Zhang Liyun (see the appendix for her resume) as the employee representative supervisor of the Fifth Board of supervisors of the company.
Ms. Zhang Liyun will form the Fifth Board of supervisors together with two shareholders’ representative supervisors elected by the company’s second extraordinary general meeting in 2022, and the term of office of the Fifth Board of supervisors will expire.

From December 2011 to now, he has worked in Tonghua Shuanglong Chemical Co., Ltd. and is currently the vice chairman of the trade union and director of the office of Tonghua Shuanglong Chemical Co., Ltd.
Up to now, Zhang Liyun holds 240000 shares of the company, and has no relationship with shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares of the company, actual controllers and other directors, supervisors and senior managers of the company; Those who have not been punished by the securities exchange or other relevant laws and regulations, such as the company’s articles of association, the articles of association and other relevant documents of the securities exchange, shall not serve as supervisors whose qualifications are not in line with the provisions of the securities exchange and the relevant laws and regulations.
