Inner Mongolia Noda Tieniu Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Noda Tieniu”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Swan Cotton Industrial Machinery Stock Co.Ltd(603029) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), recently received the certificate of high tech enterprise jointly issued by the Department of science and technology of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the State Administration of Taxation, the tax bureau of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the Department of finance of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The certificate number is gr202115000062, The issuing date is September 16, 2021 and the validity period is three years.
This is the first time that Noda iron cattle has passed the recognition of high-tech enterprises. According to relevant regulations, Noda iron cattle can enjoy the relevant preferential policies of the state on high-tech enterprises for three consecutive years (2021-2023) after obtaining the recognition of high-tech enterprises, that is, pay enterprise income tax at the tax rate of 15%.
