(hereinafter referred to as “haiyuntian technology”) on May 23, 2022, confirming that haiyuntian technology is one of the winning consortia of the “computerized examination service project of national unified legal vocational qualification examination from 2022 to 2024”.
1、 Basic information of purchaser and project

2、 Impact of winning the bid on the company
The computerized examination service for the national unified legal vocational qualification examination from 2022 to 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the “national legal examination service project”) is the third time that haiyuntian technology has won the bid for the project since 2018. In 2018, Haitian technology achieved a sales revenue of 59.05 million yuan through the project (including the parking fee and invigilation fee paid by the provincial and municipal departments of Justice); From 2019 to 2021, Haitian technology achieved a sales revenue of 229.88 million yuan through the project (including the construction of standardized base for legal examination, parking fee and invigilation fee paid by provincial and municipal departments of Justice); The winning of the bid is expected to bring about 200 million yuan of sales revenue for Haitian technology in the next three years (including seat fees and invigilator fees in different provinces), which will have a positive impact on the overall operating performance of the company.
