Announcement on the resignation of the general manager

The board of directors of Guangxi Wuzhou Zhongheng Group Co.Ltd(600252) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received a written resignation report from Mr. Jiang Shenzhou, the general manager of the company, on January 16, 2022. Mr. Jiang Shenzhou applied for resignation as general manager of the company due to job transfer. After his resignation, Mr. Jiang Shenzhou will no longer hold any other positions in the company.
According to the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, Mr. Jiang Shenzhou’s resignation report shall take effect from the date when it is delivered to the board of directors. The board of directors of the company will complete the appointment of the general manager as soon as possible in accordance with relevant regulations.
