Sichuan minglida Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sichuan minglida"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen minglida Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company"), received the decision on Administrative Punishment [(Chuan Guang) emergency Punishment [2022] No. 0009] and the opinion on rectification review [(Chuan Guang) emergency review [2022] No. 0009] issued by Guang'an Emergency Management Bureau on May 20 and May 23, 2022, respectively. Sichuan minglida has been imposed administrative punishment by Guang'an Emergency Management Bureau for some illegal acts. At present, the company has resumed work and production. This matter will not affect the sustainable operation of the company. The relevant information is hereby announced as follows:
1、 Main contents of the decision on administrative punishment
The main matters involved in the administrative punishment of Sichuan minglida include:
1. Some production workshops are not equipped with relevant safety production protection facilities, or the setting of relevant protection facilities does not meet the requirements of laws and regulations;
2. Failure to establish relevant regular inspection system;
3. Relevant safety guidance notices are not set.
According to the above major violations, Guang'an Emergency Management Bureau decided to impose administrative penalties on Sichuan minglida, ordering it to stop production and business and imposing a fine (four hundred and eight thousand yuan only).
2、 Rectification measures taken and rectification results
After discovering the above situation, the company immediately took relevant rectification measures: organize relevant personnel to carry out training on safety production related knowledge and improve the awareness of relevant personnel; Add or repair relevant equipment, establish relevant systems, set up relevant safety guidance notices, etc.
On May 23, 2022, Sichuan minglida had obtained the rectification review opinion [CGer [2022] No. 0009] issued by Guang'an Emergency Management Bureau. After reviewing the rectification of Sichuan minglida, Guang'an Emergency Management Bureau considered it qualified and agreed to organize Sichuan minglida to resume production according to the production resumption procedure. 3、 Impact on the company
The illegal acts of the subsidiaries involved in the administrative punishment did not touch the major illegal compulsory delisting stipulated in articles 10.5.1 and 10.5.3 of the GEM Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The company has made active rectification and obtained the relevant reply to resume production. At present, Sichuan minglida has resumed production, which will not affect the sustainable operation of the company. The company will take warning, further improve the awareness of safety production, strengthen the relevant training of safety production, strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations, and earnestly fulfill relevant social responsibilities.
