The China Securities Regulatory Commission has received the examination opinions on your company's initial public offering and listing on the gem and your company's registration application documents submitted by Shenzhen Stock Exchange. According to the securities law of the people's Republic of China, the company law of the people's Republic of China, the notice of the general office of the State Council on the implementation of the revised Securities Law and the measures for the administration of the registration of initial public offerings on the gem (for Trial Implementation) (order No. 167 of the CSRC), after reviewing the review opinions of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and your company's registration application documents, the reply is as follows:
1、 Agree to your company's application for registration of IPO.
2、 Your company's stock issuance this time shall be implemented in strict accordance with the prospectus and issuance underwriting plan submitted to Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
3、 This reply is valid for 12 months from the date of consent to registration.
4、 From the date of consent to registration to the end of this stock issue, if your company has any major events, it shall timely report to Shenzhen Stock Exchange and deal with them in accordance with relevant regulations.
