Shenzhen Huangting Hotel Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huangting Hotel”) has a registered capital of 300 million yuan and a registered address of excellence Century Center at the southeast of the junction of Fuhua third road and Jintian Road, Fushan community, Futian street, Futian District, Shenzhen. It is located at the 1st floor, 1st floor, 5th floor and mezzanine to 38th floor of the 25th floor of Huanggang business center, Huanggang business center. The company mainly provides property leasing and property management services to Huangting hotel. Huangting commercial management is the lessor of Huanggang business center. It was rented by Huangting commercial management from Shenzhen Huanggang Business Center Property Service Co., Ltd. on June 30, 2010. The lease term is 15 years. It is agreed that Huangting commercial management will pay the electricity charge to the power supply bureau and change the billing subject of electricity charge to Huangting commercial management. Entrusted by the lessor Huangting business management, Huangting business service, a subsidiary of the company, provides property management services. The company’s sales business with Huangting hotel is mainly to provide property leasing and property management services to Huangting hotel. The first to fifth floors of Huangting building are leased by Shenzhen Gangxia Industrial Co., Ltd. to the company, and the company provides leasing and property management services. Huangting Hotel leases unit 05 on the fourth floor of Huangting building, with a lease area of 792.93 square meters and a lease term from October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2022.

Entrusted by the lessor Huangting commerce, the company provides property management services for the commercial and office buildings of Huanggang business center, and pays the electricity bill to Huangting commerce according to the electricity bill settlement list of the power supply bureau. The property area of Huangting hotel is 5480902 square meters, and the lease term is from March 1, 2020 to December 31, 2023. There are business transactions between Huangting Hotel and Huangting business management. Huangting business management is the lessor of Huanggang business center. It was rented by Huangting business management from Shenzhen Huanggang Business Center Property Service Co., Ltd. on June 30, 2010, with a lease term of 15 years. Huangting hotel is the tenant of Huanggang business center. It has signed a lease contract with Huangting business management to lease the properties on floors 5, 26-38 and 41-52 of Huanggang business center as hotels, apartments and office space. Entrusted by the lessor Huangting commerce, the company provides property management services for the commercial and office buildings of Huanggang business center.

In addition to the above businesses, the company has no other non operating capital transactions with Huangting Hotel and Huangting business management.
