Announcement of resolutions of the second meeting of the ninth board of supervisors

(III) the meeting of the board of supervisors was held at 15:00 p.m. on May 20, 2022 in the company’s conference room by means of on-site and communication;

According to the nomination of Jiayi (Tianjin) Investment Management Co., Ltd., the largest shareholder of the company, and after the review of the nomination committee of the board of directors, it is agreed to nominate Mr. Sun Xuming as the supervisor candidate of the shareholder representative of the ninth board of supervisors of the company.
Voting results of this proposal: 4 in favor, 0 against and 0 abstention.
The proposal still needs to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders of the company for deliberation.
