(annual report inquiry letter [2022] No. 286 of the company Department) (hereinafter referred to as “annual report inquiry letter”) issued by the management department of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange on May 16, 2022, requesting the company to make a written explanation on the issues of the annual report inquiry letter, Relevant explanatory materials shall be submitted and disclosed before May 23, 2022.
