Zhejiang Supcon Technology Co.Ltd(688777) (hereinafter referred to as ” Zhejiang Supcon Technology Co.Ltd(688777) ” and “the company”) convened the 9th meeting of the 5th board of directors on January 14, 2022, deliberated and adopted the proposal on the appointment of senior managers. In accordance with the company law, the rules for the listing of shares on the science and Innovation Board of Shanghai Stock Exchange and other laws and regulations, as well as the articles of association and other relevant provisions, The relevant information is hereby announced as follows:
Nominated by the president of the company and reviewed by the nomination committee of the board of directors, the board of directors of the company agreed to appoint teokimhock, Shentu Jiuhong and Zhang Lei as the vice presidents of the company. The term of office of the above senior managers starts from the date of deliberation and approval of the board of directors to the date of expiration of the term of office of the Fifth Board of directors.
The independent directors of the company have expressed their independent opinions on the above matters and believe that Teo kimhock, Shentu Jiuhong and Zhang Lei have relevant professional knowledge and work experience, and have the ability and qualifications to perform relevant duties.
