On May 9, 2022, Shanying International Holdings Co.Ltd(600567) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) disclosed the 2022 plan for non-public development of A-Shares of Shanying International Holding Co., Ltd. the object of this non-public offering is Zhejiang Taixin Industrial Co., Ltd. (still under establishment). On May 16, 2022, Zhejiang Taixin Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Taixin industry”) completed the establishment registration and approval. The 18th meeting of the 8th board of directors of the company further clarified the relevant information of the subscription object of this non-public offering. The company revised and supplemented the relevant contents and text statements of Taixin industry in the 2022 non-public development plan of Shanying International Holdings Co.Ltd(600567) holding joint stock company (Revised Draft).
