1、 Meetings held
Profit Cultural & Creative Group Co.Ltd(300640) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the office of the board of supervisors has issued a notice on convening the 15th meeting of the 4th board of supervisors by telephone on May 18, 2022. Due to the urgency of the matter, the meeting was held in the company’s conference room on the 18th floor of global Plaza, 158 Wusi Road, Gulou District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province on May 20, 2022 in the form of on-site meeting and communication. Three supervisors should attend the meeting and three actually attended the meeting, of which one supervisor attended the meeting by means of communication voting. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Xian, chairman of the board of supervisors, and the Secretary of the board of directors of the company attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates. The convening and convening of this meeting comply with the provisions of the company law of the people’s Republic of China and the articles of association.
2、 Deliberations of the meeting
(I) deliberated and passed the proposal on carrying out forward foreign exchange trading business
After review, all supervisors unanimously agreed that the company should use the capital limit of no more than US $150 million for forward foreign exchange trading business. The service life is 12 months from the date when the proposal is adopted by the general meeting of shareholders, and the above limit can be recycled and used.
