1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
China Railway Group Limited(601390) (hereinafter referred to as “the company” or “the company”) the notice, proposal and other written materials of the ninth meeting of the Fifth Board of supervisors (the first interim meeting in 2022) were delivered to all supervisors on January 7, 2022. The meeting was held in block a, China Railway Group Limited(601390) Plaza, 69 Fuxing Road, Haidian District, Beijing on January 14, 2022. There are 5 supervisors who should attend the meeting, 5 supervisors who actually attend the meeting, and the meeting reaches a quorum. The meeting was presided over by Jia Huiping, chairman of the board of supervisors. Some senior managers and relevant personnel attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates. The meeting shall be held in accordance with relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, normative documents and the articles of association.
