Shanxi Securities Co.Ltd(002500) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the board of supervisors received the written resignation application of Mr. Wang Yugang, the supervisor, on May 20, 2022.
Mr. Wang Yugang applied to the board of supervisors of the company for resignation as a supervisor of the Fourth Board of supervisors due to work reasons. After his resignation, Mr. Wang Yugang will not hold any position in the company. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Wang Yugang does not hold shares of the company.
According to the relevant provisions of the company law, the Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the articles of association, Mr. Wang Yugang’s resignation will not cause the members of the board of supervisors of the company to be less than the minimum quorum, and his resignation application will take effect from the date of reaching the board of supervisors of the company.
