Reference is made to the announcement of Wuxi Apptec Co.Ltd(603259) (the “company”) dated January 11, 2022, which relates to (including) the repurchase and cancellation of some restricted A-share shares granted by the 2018 A-share incentive plan and the 2019 A-share incentive plan (the “announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as those defined in the announcement. On January 14, 2022, the company completed the repurchase and cancelled the repurchase of restricted a shares. After the cancellation of this repurchase, the issued share capital of the company was reduced from 2955826899 shares (including 2563726752 A shares and 392100147 H shares) to 2955609516 shares (including 2563509369 A shares and 392100147 H shares). The above changes in the issued share capital of the company do not include the impact of the incentive object’s decision to exercise the share options granted by the 2019 A-share incentive plan from January 1, 2022 to January 14, 2022.
