1、 Convening and attendance of the meeting:
Jiangsu Kuangshun Photosensitivity New-Material Stock Co.Ltd(300537) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the 14th meeting of the 4th board of supervisors was held on May 20, 2022 in the conference room on the second floor of the company by means of on-site combined communication. The meeting was convened and presided over by Mr. Tang Xiong, chairman of the board of supervisors of the company. The board of supervisors of the company has served the meeting notice to all supervisors by telephone or e-mail on May 17, 2022. Three supervisors should attend the meeting and three actually attended the meeting. The number of attendees, convening procedures and discussion contents of this meeting comply with the provisions of the company law and the articles of association, and the meeting is legal and effective.
2、 Consideration of proposals at the meeting:
1. Proposal on Revising the company’s plan for issuing A-Shares to specific objects in 2021
