Written review opinions of the board of supervisors on the revision of matters related to the issuance of shares to specific objects
After reviewing the company’s specific laws and regulations on the issuance of securities of the people’s Republic of China and Issuing the following regulatory documents to the people’s Republic of China, the board of supervisors shall issue the following written opinions in accordance with the provisions of the company registration law of the people’s Republic of China and the regulations on the issuance of securities of the people’s Republic of China:
1. The company meets the qualifications and conditions for listed companies to issue shares on the gem to specific objects stipulated in the company law of the people’s Republic of China, the securities law of the people’s Republic of China, the measures for the administration of securities issuance and registration of companies listed on the gem (for Trial Implementation) and other laws, regulations and normative documents.
2. The revised plan for issuing A-Shares to specific objects in 2021 (Second Revision) complies with the provisions of relevant laws, regulations and normative documents such as the company law of the people’s Republic of China, the securities law of the people’s Republic of China, the measures for the administration of securities issuance and registration of Companies listed on the gem (for Trial Implementation).
3. The information disclosed in relevant documents such as the plan for issuing A-Shares to specific objects in 2021 (second revision draft) and the demonstration and analysis report on issuing A-Shares to specific objects in 2021 (second revision draft) revised and prepared by the company is true, accurate and complete, and there are no false records, misleading statements or major omissions.
