Jee Technology Co.Ltd(688162) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”, “the company” or ” Jee Technology Co.Ltd(688162) “) recently received the resignation report submitted by Mr. Chang peipeipei, the financial director of the company, who resigned as the financial director of the company due to job adjustment. In accordance with laws and regulations and the relevant provisions of Jee Technology Co.Ltd(688162) articles of association, his resignation application shall take effect when the written resignation report is delivered to the board of directors of the company. After his resignation, Mr. Chang Peipei is still working in the financial management department of the company. The company and the board of directors of the company express their heartfelt thanks to Mr. Chang Peipei for his contribution to the development of the company during his tenure as financial director.
