1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
Shenzhen Wenke Landscape Co.Ltd(002775) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 2021 annual general meeting of shareholders on May 20, 2022, which elected non employee representative supervisors Xu Runli and he Liju to form the Fifth Board of supervisors of the company together with employee representative supervisor Si Shifeng. With the unanimous consent of all supervisors, the first meeting of the Fifth Board of supervisors of the company was held in the company’s conference room on May 20, 2022. There were 3 supervisors who should attend the meeting and 3 supervisors who actually attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Ms. Xu Runli jointly elected by the participating supervisors. The meeting was held in accordance with the company law of the people’s Republic of China, relevant laws and regulations and Shenzhen Wenke Landscape Co.Ltd(002775) articles of association.
