Sinomine Resource Group Co.Ltd(002738) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) convened the 11th meeting of the 5th board of directors on April 27, 2021, deliberated and passed the proposal on employing the company’s audit institution in 2021, and renewed the appointment of Daxin Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “Daxin”) as the company’s audit institution in 2021. The accounting firm appointed Xie Zemin Xin Yujie provides audit services for the company as a signing certified public accountant. For details, see the announcement on employing the company’s audit institution in 2021 (Announcement No.: 2021-028) disclosed by the company on April 28, 2021. This matter has been deliberated and approved by the company’s 2020 annual general meeting of shareholders.
1、 Change of Certified Public Accountants
The company recently received the letter on replacing Sinomine Resource Group Co.Ltd(002738) signed certified public accountant from Daxin. Daxin, as the company’s audit institution in 2021, the original designated signing certified public accountants Xie Zemin and Xin Yujie were changed to Ning Guangmei and Xu Xinbo as the signing certified public accountants for the company’s audit business in 2021 due to the adjustment of work arrangement.

He became a certified public accountant in 2019, began to audit listed companies in 2015, began to practice in Daxin in 2015, and began to provide audit services for the company in 2021. Mr. Xu Xinbo has successively participated in the IPO of many companies and the annual report audit of listed companies
