After the qualification examination of the nomination committee of the board of directors, the board of directors of the company plans to hire Mr. Wei Wenbin (attached with resume) as a candidate for non independent director of the Fourth Board of directors of the company and submit it to the general meeting of shareholders of the company for deliberation, Mr. Wei Wenbin’s term of office starts from the date of adoption of the general meeting of shareholders to the date of expiration of the Fourth Board of directors. The matter still needs to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders of the company for deliberation.
