1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
Rayhoo Motor Dies Co.Ltd(002997) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the first meeting of the third board of supervisors was held on January 14, 2022 by combining on-site voting and communication voting. In view of the election of supervisors of the third board of supervisors at the first extraordinary general meeting of 2022 held by the company on January 14, 2022, all supervisors unanimously agreed to waive the advance notice of the meeting of the board of supervisors. The notice of the meeting was delivered to all supervisors by hand or mail on January 14, 2022. The meeting was convened and presided over by Mr. Fu Weilian elected by the supervisors attending the meeting. There were 5 supervisors who should attend the meeting, 5 supervisors who actually attended the meeting, and some senior managers attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.
