The nomination and appointment procedures of Mr. Ma Jinbao and Mr. Wang Bo, the deputy general managers of the company, comply with the relevant provisions of laws, regulations and the articles of association. The qualifications and conditions of Mr. Ma Jinbao and Mr. Wang Bo comply with the provisions of relevant laws, regulations and the articles of association, and have the necessary management ability, leadership ability, professional knowledge and technical skills for holding corresponding positions.
