Oriental Times Media Corporation(002175) (hereinafter referred to as "the company") held the 36th meeting of the sixth board of directors and the 15th meeting of the sixth board of supervisors on April 29, 2021, and considered and adopted the proposal on renewing the appointment of accounting firms, It is agreed to renew the appointment of ZTE caiguanghua Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "ZTE caiguanghua") as the company's audit institution in 2021. This matter has been deliberated and approved by the company's general meeting of shareholders in 2020. On January 14, 2021, the company received the notification letter from ZTE caiguanghua on changing the signing certified public accountant in 2021. ZTE caiguanghua, as the company's audit institution in 2021, originally appointed Mr. Zhao Haibin and Mr. Fu Lizheng as signing certified public accountants to provide audit services for the company. In view of the change of Mr. Fu Lizheng's work, ZTE caiguanghua has changed the original signing certified public accountant, and now appoints Mr. Yu Feihu to replace Mr. Fu Lizheng as the signing certified public accountant of the company's audit project in 2021 to continue to provide audit services for the company.
