Talkweb Information System Co.Ltd(002261) (hereinafter referred to as “the company” or “the company”) the first meeting of the eighth board of supervisors was notified by email on May 9, 2022 and held in the form of on-site meeting on May 19, 2022. There are 3 voting supervisors and 3 actual voting supervisors in this meeting. The convening and convening procedures of the meeting are in line with the relevant provisions of the company law of the people’s Republic of China and the articles of association. After careful deliberation and voting by the attending supervisors, the following resolutions were adopted:
