The company has informed us of the above proposals before the board meeting, provided relevant materials and conducted necessary communication.
As an independent director of the company, we have carefully reviewed relevant documents and believe that the above proposals comply with relevant laws, regulations and requirements. In accordance with the guiding opinions on the establishment of independent director system in listed companies, the guidelines for the governance of listed companies and other laws and regulations and the articles of association, we agree to submit the above proposal to the board of directors for deliberation.
