1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
Sichuan Lutianhua Company Limited(000912) the notice of the 15th interim meeting of the seventh board of supervisors was sent in writing and e-mail on January 6, 2022, and the meeting was held as scheduled at 10:00 on January 14, 2022. Five supervisors should attend the meeting and five actually attended the meeting. The meeting is presided over by Mr. Chen Wei, chairman of the board of supervisors. The convening of the meeting complies with the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association, and is legal and effective. 2、 Deliberation at the meeting of the board of supervisors

(I) proposal on by election of Mr. Luo Hang as non employee supervisor of the 7th board of supervisors of the company
This proposal still needs to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation. If it is deliberated and approved by the general meeting of shareholders, the term of office of Mr. Luo Hang’s supervisor shall start from the date of deliberation and approval by the general meeting of shareholders to the date of expiration of the current board of supervisors. (II) proposal on the by election of Mr. Lai Bingyou as the non employee supervisor of the seventh board of supervisors of the company this proposal still needs to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation. If the general meeting of shareholders deliberates and approves, the term of office of Mr. Lai Bingyou’s supervisor shall start from the date of deliberation and approval of the general meeting of shareholders to the date of expiration of the current session of the board of supervisors.
