1、 Basic information
As Mr. Chen Wei and Mr. Gu Sheng applied to resign from the post of non employee supervisor of the seventh board of supervisors of the company (see Announcement No. 2022-002 for details), the company held the 15th interim meeting of the seventh board of supervisors on January 14, 2022, The proposal on the by election of Mr. Luo Hang as the non employee supervisor of the seventh board of supervisors and the proposal on the by election of Mr. Lai Bingyou as the non employee supervisor of the seventh board of supervisors were reviewed and adopted.
