Shenwu Energy Saving Co.Ltd(000820) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received the inquiry letter on the annual report of Shenwu Energy Saving Co.Ltd(000820) 2021 (annual report inquiry letter [2022] No. 158 (hereinafter referred to as “the inquiry letter”) issued by the company management department of Shenzhen Stock Exchange on April 30, 2022. The inquiry letter requires the company to submit relevant materials to the company management department of Shenzhen Stock Exchange before May 18, 2022 and timely perform relevant information disclosure obligations. After receiving the inquiry letter, the company actively organizes relevant parties to implement the problems and requirements involved in the inquiry letter one by one.
