Allmed Medical Products Co.Ltd(002950) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the board of directors recently received a written resignation report submitted by Mr. Chen Haohua, a director of the company. Mr. Chen Haohua applied for resignation as a director of the company for personal reasons. After his resignation, Mr. Chen Haohua will not work in the company and its holding subsidiaries.
According to the relevant provisions of the company law, Shenzhen Stock Exchange self regulatory guidelines for listed companies No. 1 – standardized operation of listed companies on the main board and the articles of association, Mr. Chen Haohua’s resignation will not cause the number of members of the company’s board of directors to be lower than the legal minimum and will not have an adverse impact on the normal operation of the company and the normal operation of the board of directors. Mr. Chen Haohua’s resignation report shall take effect from the date of serving on the board of directors.
As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Chen Haohua directly holds 89131921 shares of the company, accounting for 14.07% of the total share capital of the company.
