Announcement on the resolutions of the 10th interim meeting of the ninth board of directors in 2002
The company and all members of the board of directors guarantee that the information disclosed is true, accurate and complete without false records, misleading statements or major omissions.
The company sent the notice of convening the 10th extraordinary meeting of the 9th board of directors in 2002 on May 16, 2022 by personal delivery and e-mail, and the meeting was held in the company’s conference room by communication on May 18, 2022. The meeting was attended by Cao Junpei, Chen Jianhao, and Chen Jianhao. Eight directors should attend the meeting, eight directors actually attended the meeting, and the company’s supervisors and senior managers attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates. The meeting was presided over by Chairman Zheng Kanghao. The meeting was held in accordance with the provisions of the company law and other relevant laws and regulations and the articles of association, and the meeting was legal and effective. 1、 Deliberated and passed the proposal on the appointment of the company’s executive president
The board of directors of the company agrees to appoint Mr. Shi Ligong (see Annex I for resume) as the executive president of the company. The term of office starts from the date of adoption of the resolution of the board of directors to the date of expiration of the ninth board of directors of the company. The board of directors of the company agrees to add Mr. Shi Ligong and Mr. Zhang Xiaoyu (see Annex I for resume) as candidates for directors of the ninth board of directors of the company, with a term of office from the date of adoption of the resolution of the general meeting of shareholders to the date of expiration of the ninth board of directors of the company. During his tenure at Samsung Research Institute: he was a core researcher in the development of DRAM products from 1m to 1g.
