Heren Health Co.Ltd(300550) the board of directors recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Yang Yibing, chairman and general manager, Mr. Dai Zeyu, vice chairman, and Mr. Yang Bo, director and Deputy General Manager:
Mr. Yang Yibing applied for resignation from the post of chairman and general manager for personal reasons, resigned from the post of member of salary assessment committee and Nomination Committee, and resigned from the post of chairman of strategic decision-making committee. After resigning from the post of chairman, Mr. Yang Yibing will no longer continue to serve as the legal representative of the company according to the provisions of the articles of association. Mr. Yang Yibing will continue to hold other positions in the company in the future.

Mr. Yang Bo indirectly holds Heren Health Co.Ltd(300550) 14906237 shares through Hangzhou Panyuan Investment Co., Ltd. Mr. Dai Zeyu and his spouse do not hold shares in the company.
