Announcement on resignation of senior management of the company
The company and all members of the board of directors and the board of supervisors guarantee that the contents of the announcement are true, accurate and complete, and there are no false records, misleading statements or major omissions.
Shenzhen Quanxinhao Co.Ltd(000007) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received the written resignation application submitted by Mr. Zhou Yuan, deputy general manager and Mr. Gu Yi, deputy general manager of the company on January 12, 2022. Mr. Zhou Yuan and Mr. Gu Yi applied to the board of directors of the company for resignation from the post of deputy general manager of the company for personal reasons. According to the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, the resignation reports of Mr. Zhou Yuan and Mr. Gu Yi shall take effect from the date when they are delivered to the board of directors.
Mr. Zhou Yuan and Mr. Gu Yi did not hold shares of the company during their tenure. After resigning from the above positions, they will no longer hold any positions in the company and subsidiaries, and will not have a significant adverse impact on the normal operation and management of the company.
