With the approval of the reply on approving Beingmate Co.Ltd(002570) non-public shares issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (zjxk [2021] No. 1954), the company issued 57523333 RMB ordinary shares (A shares) to 7 specific objects in the form of non-public offering of shares, and the registration procedures for the newly added shares were completed in Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. on October 22, 2021, It was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange on November 3, 2021. After the listing of new shares in this non-public offering, the total share capital of the company increased from 1022520000 shares to 1080043333 shares.
