Because the annual audit institution Lixin Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) issued an internal control audit report with a negative opinion on the effectiveness of the company’s internal control over the financial report in 2020, according to the provisions of the stock listing rules: “in the recent fiscal year, the internal control was issued with an audit report with no opinion or negative opinion, and the Shanghai Stock Exchange implemented other risk warnings for its shares.” Therefore, the company’s shares have been subject to other risk warnings since the disclosure of the 2020 annual report.
The company continued to employ Lixin Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) as the company’s financial report audit institution in 2021. Now, the Institute has completed the audit of the company’s financial report and internal control report in 2021, and issued standard unqualified audit report and standard unqualified internal control audit report. The company’s 2021 annual report was disclosed on April 16, 2022.
According to the provisions of article 9.8.1 of the stock listing rules of Shanghai Stock Exchange on the implementation of other risk warnings for the company’s shares, the company has eliminated the situation involving other risk warnings, and does not touch other risk warnings.
