Announcement on further delaying the reply to the letter of concern of Shenzhen Stock Exchange

Zjbc Information Technology Co.Ltd(000889) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received the letter of concern on Zjbc Information Technology Co.Ltd(000889) issued by the company management department of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (company department concern letter [2021] No. 465) (hereinafter referred to as “the concern letter”) on December 21, 2021, requesting the company to make a written explanation on the issues mentioned in the concern letter, Relevant explanatory materials shall be submitted to the company management department of Shenzhen stock exchange for disclosure and copied to the dispatched office before December 29, 2021.
After receiving the letter of concern, the company attached great importance to it and immediately organized relevant parties to implement the issues involved in the letter of concern one by one. Since some issues still need the intermediary to perform the verification procedures and internal approval process, the company applied to Shenzhen stock exchange for an extension to reply and disclose before January 6, 2022. As the reply to the letter of concern needs to be further supplemented with relevant materials, the company again applied to Shenzhen stock exchange for an extension of reply to the letter of concern on January 5, 2022. At present, the reply content of the letter of concern needs to be further supplemented with relevant materials. In order to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the reply content, the company again applies to Shenzhen stock exchange for an extension of reply to the letter of concern. It is expected that the extension will not exceed 5 trading days. During the delayed reply period, the company will continue to organize and coordinate relevant parties to promote the reply of the letter of concern, reply to the relevant issues of the letter of concern as soon as possible, and fulfill the corresponding information disclosure obligations.
